Is it an Alfa in its natural habitat?
On the side of the road?

Bonnet is not up, so it’s not “assuming the position”...

I think its owner knows what he or she has got. Not a fan of the colour but I would let it leak on my driveway.

It was their 6-cylinder,
top of the range model back then - the 2600. This one is a 2600 Sprint, which was the coupe (there was a sedan and a roadster as well)
.
It wasn’t a huge sales success as they focused on their small cars, so they only sold like...6500 or something of the Sprint (like the one you saw) and a lot less than that
of the roadster and the sedan.

They are certainly one of the cooler police cars.
